Lobo is for those who like quiet beaches and slow life, not for those seeking nightlife or city sights. Best time to visit is November to April, when the weather is good for sailing. Budget around 500-800 CNY per person. Traffic is slow, traveling between areas takes about an hour. Must-visit: Lobo Beach and Pangasinan Hill, both are scenic and less crowded. Skip Lobo City Hall, it's not worth it. Avoid visiting during peak season, prices jump and crowds grow.
