Good for those who want a slow life and like small, neat cities. Not for people who seek busy places or big attractions. Best time to go is May to September, when the weather is nice. Budget around 3000-5000 RMB per person. The city is small, no need for more than an hour to cross. Must-see: Notre-Dame Cathedral and Petrusse Bridge, both have great views and history. Skip the Grand Ducal Palace, as it's not open inside. Don't rent a car in the city center, walking is better.
