Good for those who want to avoid crowds and experience real life, not for those seeking convenience or sightseeing. Best time to go is April-May, when the weather is mild and less crowded. Budget around 300-500 CNY per person, transport mostly walking or bus, cross-area travel takes time. Must-visit: Bascarsija Old Town and Vijećnica City Hall – one has traditional vibe, the other has historic architecture. Skip Sarajevo Tunnel Museum – content is limited and small. Don't park randomly in the city center, you'll get a ticket.
